Data Protection and AI Readiness Sprint

Be compliant and ready before regulators ask, in English or French.

Why now. The transition period of Cameroon's Law No. 2024/017 on personal data protection ended in mid-2026.

The problem we solve

Cameroon's Law No. 2024/017 set an 18-month transition that ended in mid-2026. It requires impact assessments for high-risk processing and prior authorisation for cross-border transfers, with fines of up to XAF 100 million. Across Africa, 44 countries have data protection laws and 38 have regulators in operation. Many institutions and NGOs still have no record of their processing and no plan for AI use.

Features and deliverables
